The staff members were professional and kind.

I was disheartened to find cigarette burns on the bedspread and a lingering smell of smoke in my room. It was alarming to notice baby roaches crawling around. There were no closets or hangers for my clothes.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building short walk to eating places & shopping, restaurants, and stores nearby. Exceptional staff and quick to respond. Perfectly clean rooms, such great stay for the price! A wide array of goodies for breakfast. Magnificent, amazing location in a nice area.

Consider asking for an upstairs room if smell of smoke is a concern, as it may be better than those on the first floor.

Super clean rooms!

There were baby roaches in my room, and the lack of a closet was inexcusable. One would think a loyal guest like me would at least receive a better room, but I just couldn't before the diabetic, smoky haze ruined my chance for a decent stay!

Cheap room and high-class, exceptionally comfortable bed. Good choice of food for breakfast including cookies and eggs.

The location was perfect for checking out places like Fairfield Bay Marina and the Showboat Theater. The staff was friendly and quick to help us out when needed. The rooms were comfortable enough for our stay.

One downside was the sticky floors in the common areas, made navigating a bit less pleasant.
